RK HAIR STUDIO TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. RK HAIR STUDIO reserves the right to accept or reject any application or request from any User
  2. User is at least eighteen years of age
  3. Only latest and updated terms and conditions will be displayed in our website replacing all our previous terms
  4. All Services/Products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of RK HAIR STUDIO
  5. RK HAIR STUDIO reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product or service, which is listed at an incorrect price. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or the payment has been levied via credit card or online payment. In the event, the payment has been processed by RK HAIR STUDIO and the same shall be credited to User’s specified account which will be intimated by email or SMS
  6. RK HAIR STUDIO is not liable for any Online Payment Fraud or any unauthenticated cash payment. We DO NOT accept any cash payments. Payments made in our website through our available payment options are only legitimate. Please do not pay any cash to anyone for any of our services and/or products. You can add our Authorized Bank Details (Which will be emailed during contract sign up) and make payments only to that account. We are not responsible for any cash payments to anyone. We accept only online payments (Credit Card, Debit Bank, Net Banking, Wire Transfer) to the authorized account
  7. No Refunds or Cancellations, No Part Payment Refunds, No Partial Refunds or any full refunds under any circumstances shall be entertained once paid
  8. RK HAIR STUDIO is not liable for any delay or non delivery of purchased services or products due to technical issues at User end
  9. User shall use our portal services for lawful purpose only
  10. RK HAIR STUDIO reserves the right to confirm and validate the information provided by User and thereby approve or disapprove any User from using our services with or without prior intimation
  11. RK HAIR STUDIO is not responsible for any inconvenience or damage suffered by its Users while surfing or using the online services or products in our portal and clearly agrees whole usage is at Users sole risk
  12. RK HAIR STUDIO reserves the right to disqualify the Users (who are intending to become our Partners or Vendors or Franchisees or anyone who is intending to do business with RK HAIR STUDIO) based on certain factors such as Indiscipline, Unfair Means, Irregular Payment, Not Responding, Not Attending Meetings etc to name a few. Its RK HAIR STUDIO final discretion in such matters. No refund or partial refund shall ever be refunded in any case and whatsoever circumstances might be
  13. Fully filled application forms (as per mandatory fields intimation) only shall be considered for further steps
  14. RK HAIR STUDIO is not responsible for any loss or damage due to unforeseen events or mishap in RK HAIR STUDIO premises or User premises which are out of control of RK HAIR STUDIO such as earthquake, floods, fire, electric short circuit, Undue or Unnecessary Stress felt by User, Uninformed Health Complications of User, war, bomb, terror attacks
  15. RK HAIR STUDIO reserves the right to use the User photograph, name, details etc for publicity in case RK HAIR STUDIO wants to promote or display in our portal or Ads with or without prior intimation
  16. Any change in correspondence address, phone, email etc should be intimated via email by the users or partners or vendors
  17. Any updates or timings or changes are purely subjected to RK HAIR STUDIO with or without prior notice or intimation
  18. Amount once charged would not be refunded/ reversed for any refund or reversal of any transaction
